Hi! My name is Melissa Mourges and I am the Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for the Wallkill Central School District. I work in schools throughout the district, meeting the unique needs of students who have a hearing loss. I work within the classroom and in pull out sessions with students, to best meet their needs in the mainstream setting. I have a passion for sign language, communication, hearing technologies and learning about the ever-evolving field of Deaf education.
